The Kansas Self-Insurers Association (KSIA) is a not-for-profit organization comprised of more than 100 firms, businesses, corporations, group-funded pools and other private and public entities who operate as self-insurers in Kansas. Our mission is:
- To further and protect the interests of self-insurers in the state of Kansas;
- To maintain an active interest in Kansas workers compensation laws;
- To keep members informed of trends, pending legislation, and regulations which affect self-insurers;
- To provide representation at meetings, hearings, conferences and other forums;
- To cooperate with other organizations which have similar interests as self-insurers, and;
- To provide opportunities to exchange information and education to self-insurers.
- Government Affairs - Full time legislative monitoring of issues of concern to self-insurers in Kansas.
- Legislative Bulletin- Weekly bulletin keeps members informed of the key issues in the Kansas Legislature.
- Unified Voice - Uniting with other self-insurers to be a new force in Kansas. KSIA is currently gathering a list of related Web sites. Know of a good site? Let us know!
